Before paid launch

This page will be replaced with the final refund policy before any checkout is enabled. The final policy will state the seller, refund window, eligibility criteria, request method, response time, and any merchant-of-record terms.

Planned customer-friendly baseline

The proposed baseline for a future one-time Pro license is a 14-day refund window when the request is made through the published support channel, subject to applicable consumer law and merchant-of-record requirements. This proposal is not yet an offer of sale.
